1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Registration & Management

• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential.

Sharing or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized access, Jetbass support should be notified immediately.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Jetbass complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

KYC verification requires one of the following valid identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement, may also be requested. Jetbass completes KYC verification within 48 hours, though additional investigation may require more time.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Jetbass supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank cards, and e-wallets.

Deposit Rules:

• Jetbass does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 for mobile banking and e-wallets; BDT 200 for cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not possible without KYC verification.
• Jetbass reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.

5Bonus & Promotional Offers

Jetbass offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the required rollover must be completed first.
• Rollover means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• All bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus that is not used within the valid period will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or sections specified in the offer.
• Jetbass reserves the right to close any account where bonus abuse is identified.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and Sports Betting on Jetbass:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the last confirmed state will be used as the reference point.
• Jetbass reserves the right to correct at any time any payments made as a result of a game error.
• Outcomes in RNG-based games are entirely random and not predetermined.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In Sports Betting, bets placed before odds change will be settled at the original odds.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jetbass. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating more than one account under the same name.
• Systematically abusing the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Depositing via money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to cheat.

8Privacy & Data Protection
